Passenger Missing Off Cruise Ship

Very sad to hear that a 65 Year old Man has gone missing on one of the world’s largest Cruise lines, the man was reported missing my his wife on Tuesday morning just before she docked into Grand Cayman.

A full search of Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas and closed circuit CCTV has revealed nothing and is a complete mystery as to what has happened.

Marine search operations were also carried out but came to nothing.

This is the 2^nd man to go missing from one of Royal Caribbean ships in a week.

This seems to be coming more and more frequent that people are simply just disappearing without a trace surely with this the Cruise lines should have better alerts in place for people going overboard then they currently do.

Since 2000 over 200 people have gone overboard.
