Another big Cruise line has announced it is scrapping gratuities, MSC have confirmed from 25 June 2019 it will no longer charge and will be part of the Cruise fare, all Cruise booked before this date will be subject to the normal terms and conditions, however this can be removed once on board
So they have gone down the same road as P&O who also did away with gratuities from May this year, along with some other lines
Do we think this is a good idea ? or do they just increase the Cruise fare to make up for not charging them ?
Would love to hear your thoughts on this and should all Cruise lines follow suit
