The Longest Water Slide in The World Royal Caribbean!

Last year my husband Jamie and I were fortunate enough to take a mini 5 night trip on the brand newly refurbished independence of The Seas, so I know first hand they kind of effort and quality that has gone into improving their fleet of super ships.

Now its the turn of the slightly smaller sister The Navigator Of The Seas booked into dry dock some time ago for her eagerly awaited multi million pound makeover.

One of the things we are most excited to see with the Navigator is the Longest Waterside in The World. The Blaster will run for 800 feet and includes a section over the side of the ship. Its set to propel a two person raft over the hills and drops in what is being described as “a Unique seaborne thrill”

The record breaking waterside is just one of the new features being added to the Navigator by February 24th when she will be ready for her season in The Caribbean. $115 million £88 Million Makeover also sees some competition for “The Blaster as its arch rival “The Riptide which will plunge riders headfirst down the cruise industries very first Mat Racer Slide, finishing with an exhilarating tube offering breath taking ocean views.

The other big features are “to Die For” the first ever standalone hairdressing blow dry bar at sea, Planet Z Glow in the dark laser tag seen on the independence of the seas for the first time may 2018 as well as Royal Caribbeans escape room

There are new bars too- The Lime and Coconut a two tiered signature cocktail bar and bamboo room, the cruise lines Polynesian themed watering hole.
