My next cruise booked….

A tick off my bucket list

So last week my husband and I booked our next cruise with my brother and sister in law. I honestly couldn’t be more excited, the reason is because we are finally travelling to one of our bucket list of places to see….DUBAI.

Dubai has definitely been on my list for the last 8 years or so and now finally I get to travel there with the people I love. We have booked the Royal Caribbean Vision of the seas, 7 nights cruise and we have also added a pre-cruise stay in a beautiful 5* hotel, spa and resort in Dubai right on the beautiful beaches of Jumeirah for 3 nights too. What better way to start our amazing holiday.

The hotel we have chosen is “Hilton The Walk” in Jumeirah situated in the heart of Jumeirah Beach close to bars, restaurants and it also has its own private beach.

Then we board the vision of the seas traveling around the beautiful Dubai, Khasab – Oman, Muscat, Muscat &  Abu Dhabi. We have decided to do a few excursions when we arrive in Oman in Khasab, Muscat & Abu Dhabi as well, to make the most of it.

What I love most about booking a cruise holiday is that’s when all the excitement and anticipation begins. Having logged into my Royal Caribbean cruise personaliser, I have been able to view, possible spa treatments, book our speciality dining restaurants and now I am researching and shortlisting my bucket list shore excursions, three of which we have shortlisted so far is, an afternoon in Dubai Mall, The Atlantis the Palm, experiencing the jaw-dropping view of the Burj Khalifa with tickets to the 148th floor of the highest building in the world.

I suppose all that’s left to do now is to get saving ?
