Belle of The Ball!

Last week saw the largest ship ever to have her naming ceremony in the UK and there were a few thousand lucky people who were booked on her maiden voyage from Southampton, we actually used the maiden voyage to put together our Famous Tailor Made offering of Lake Garda and Venice as the ship was re positioning to Genoa Italy on a 9 Night cruise.

I am of course talking about the Billion dollar ship the MSC Bellisima owned by MSC Cruises. Built in Europe and Home port of Valetta Malta.

This super Meriviglia class ship has completely changed a lot of peoples views on MSc and I can assure you she is one of the finest ships around.

A few of my colleagues have already been on board and The photos just keep coming in, she looks fantastic at every angle.

The Bellissima is plus and modern and has a contact with Cirque Du Soleil in a purpose built venue where they are offering one of The worlds first experiences at Sea. in Fact you can have dinner and a show for less than £35 PP

I fell in Love with MSC’s class and style with her sweeping bright atrium and Swarovski staircases. This ship is ground breaking as she has shops and restaurants along the Royal Promenade. a bespoke ceiling changes regularly one minute you are looking at a Forrest, the next the setting is of London”s famous skyline or the Sistine chapel

The God Mother of all MSC ships is the actress Sophia Loren and she was present on a rainy windy night on the South Coast for her unavailing.

The night was hosted by TV’s super presenter Holly Willoughby and live music performances by Craig David, Chic and Nile Rodgers as well as  a special operatic performance by Andrea Bocelli to end the night must have been really special.
