We also rely on you, our wonderful clientele and strive to offer you the best service possible, which you can feed back to other clients looking for a cruise agent to look after them too. On each of our blogs we have a Rate My Service, where we encourage you to comment on the service you have received. As of today (writing this blog) I have received 371 comments and I am extremely flattered that my clients have taken the time out of their busy lives to let you know how I looked after them.
Now, why am I writing this? Today, a large travel agent unfortunately ceased trading and I want to reassure you that here at cruise.co.uk we are not going anywhere. I want to tell you why you should book with me or if not one of my many amazing colleagues for your next cruise holiday.
We all have a wealth of travel experience and most importantly, we are all customer focused. What’s that saying… the client is always right..
Since I have been with cruise.co.uk over the last 2 and half years, I have been very fortunate to visit approx. 12 ships, some for a day and some for longer. This is a perk of the job but also a very important part of what we do as agents. Ship’s I’ve Visited
We are invited on board to check out the facilities and get photos and information about the cruise line and ship as possible. And if you read my blog regularly you will have read about some of my ship visits.
Obviously it is not all work, we do get to play too.
Here at cruise.co.uk we are encouraged to get as many photos and videos as possible not just of the ship but of ourselves too, we are here to market ourselves as well as the cruise line, to prove we have been on board and enjoyed what the ship has to offer.
This is a major importance of our jobs, so that we or I in this case, can give you that personal touch of actually having cruised or experienced a cruise ship or company that you are considering for your next cruise holiday. Especially with the cruise industry growing at a phenomenal rate and so much choice now available.
Recently, I had to listen to a few of my calls and get some feedback from a manager (it’s a regular thing we do to make sure we stay on top of our game) and one of the things that we both commented on was, that I do like to talk. Nothing has changed from my school reports!! I am passionate about my job and this will always come across in the way I talk cruising with you.
I will always give 100% not only in customer service but also honest advice and feedback, I do not like sales people giving me the ‘hard sell’ so I certainly will not ‘hard sell’ to you either.
I am here to answer all questions and queries pre and post booking, can assist with all cruise extras such as excursions, car parking or on board extras. I will also make sure that you had a great time after your cruise and listen and take feed back and comments on your return, because ultimately, I want to remain your cruise consultant.
