Phi Phi!
Moving on from Phuket we headed for the island of Phi Phi.
Again we hadn’t booked our accommodation but getting off the ferry there were loads of touts and we soon found ourselves trekking down the beach and checking in to The originally named Phi Phi beach bungalows resort. The accommodation was pretty basic but location, location location! We were only metres from the beach and far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to get a good night’s sleep.

Phi Phi is so relaxing but also has a great night life and one night after a cocktail or two Gra and I thought we were invincible and decided It would be a good idea to try fire limbo and skipping.
Thankfully we survived without a single singed hair in sight but it was a close call!
The highlight for me in Phi Phi was the day snorkeling. We went to loads of different islands including Monkey island (where Gra got chased by Monkeys) and The famous Maya Beach featured in the film the Beach.

I have to say I did love Phi Phi and we even extended our stay by a couple of nights but finally we were off again this time heading to the mainland to Krabi!
