www.CRUISE.co.uk can exclusively reveal that Norwegian Cruise Line are going completely all-inclusive on all cruises!
Every ship, itinerary and duration of cruise will now be all inclusive, for the first time ever in NCL’s history.
This all-inclusive approach will give passengers a premium drinks package and all gratuities/ service charges included in the price of the fare. This is worth up to £1200 per cabin based on two people sharing on a 7 night fly cruise!
This will also be included on the Pride of America vessel which sails in Hawaii and will be valid for all guests including children.
The changes will come into effect from April 6th and will apply to all new bookings. The new prices will not include Norwegian Cruise Line’s speciality dining and dining packages will still be available for guests to add onto their cruise.
In a time when more cruises are pushing up the prices, it was a surprise move from NCL that was welcomed by cruise fans! Recently the likes of P&O had raised the price of their gratuities, (which you can read all about here), and in a recent poll 67% of you said that you thought cruise lines would have to lower the price of gratuities in the future, (which you can read all about here!)
So what do you think of the news? Will you be sailing with NCL when these changes come into effect? Do you think that more cruise lines should do this? Are all inclusive cruises better? Let us know your thoughts in the comments…
