Dept/Role Overview
The Specialist Cruise Consultant role is fast-paced. No day is the same, with unlimited leads from a retail cruise to a bigger dynamic package specific to that customer. We pride ourselves on exemplary service, allowing us to develop and maintain a huge customer database. Our people are our biggest asset and their love and knowledge of cruise is essential.
Key Responsibilities
To develop and maintain loyal customer relationships.
Provide all customers with exemplary customer service
Quote and book the right cruise package to meet customers’ needs.
Complete and attend training as and when required to ensure knowledge and skills are kept current.
Work towards and hit monthly KPI’s.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes
Cruise sales experience.
Cruising knowledge/experience.
Experience in dealing with all cruise line systems and the ability to recommend products depending on the customer's needs or wants.
Effective communication skills - Email and phone communication specifically.
