Bali Cruise Holidays

Bali may be small, but this island offers a bounty of experiences and diverse landscapes to explore. There are over 10,000 temples here – Uluwatu is just the tip of the iceberg! Spend your morning relaxing on the beach before visiting a luxury spa in the afternoon, or have a browse in bustling Ubud’s fascinating artisan markets. Although it’s a favourite for tourists from around the globe, you’ll find moments of serenity in the terraced paddy fields and tucked-away beaches here. View traditional dance shows accompanied by xylophone and drumbeat, or dance the night away in a modern nightclub.

Bali

Bali is amazing, The monkey forest in Ubud is absolutely beautiful, as well seeing all of the monkeys, there are waterfalls and beautiful trees throughout and there are also religious buildings.

BALI - DID YOU KNOW?

Bali is, above all, a spiritual place, with its thousands of temples and frequent ceremonies. The midsection of the island features dramatic volcanic landscapes, with Gunung Agung considered the spiritual centre of Bali. Visit its most famous temple, Uluwatu, perched on a clifftop and home to a colony of very cheeky monkeys.

To get a feel for Bali’s traditional culture, Ubud is a good place to start. It’s positioned in a beautiful setting surrounded by rice fields and lush greenery. This town is known for being a mecca for artists and artisans, and you can view their work at the Ubud Art Market, Neka Art Museum, and various galleries located here. You can even try your hand at traditional batik painting, using wax.

For those more interested in the beachy side of Bali, Kuta Beach is a great place for people-watching and soaking in the sunset views. Kuta’s also the go-to destination for Bali’s nightlife, featuring lively beach bars and dance clubs where visitors can mix and mingle until the sun rises over that same beach.

The cuisine in Bali is fresh and delicious, including savoury satays and lush curries to pair with all that locally grown rice. A great way to make the most of it and pick up a few skills to take back home is to attend a cooking class!
