In order to complete Check-In successfully, you will need the following:
- Personal Information for each guest checking in
- Identification Document information for each guest you are checking in
- Crown & Anchor Society Membership Number (if you are a member)
- Onward Travel Plans
- Onboard Expense Account Information (i.e credit card and the reservation information that is authorized to charge against the account)
You will also need to establish an Onboard Expense Account via either credit card or cash.
There are 2 options to stay connected while onboard.
1. VOOM Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi) - all you need is a wireless device with WI-FI capability.
2. Wired (iCafes) Internet stations are available onboard, the location of which varies depending on the ship.
VOOM is available onboard all ships fleetwide. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change. Log on to the to the network ""royal-wifi"" using your device, open your browser and follow the instructions to log on.
Due to the high volume of luggage on embarkation day, luggage may arrive after the sail away. A specific time window for delivery as well as pick up* locations will be posted in the Cruise Compass once you are onboard. Times and locations vary by ship and sailing.
* If your luggage was found to have any prohibited items, it will be placed in a separate area for pick up.
