Back in the office…..

I am now back in the office after having 2 weeks off. I had a great holiday, very hot and sunny with plenty of family time, just what I needed. We arrived back home on Tuesday evening and the following day my children were back to school, so I had to be really organised before I went. It was a very emotional day as my daughter started middle school and my son started reception.

As you may remember in October I am completing in the Birmingham half marathon, while on holiday I had all good intentions of running every morning, but I have to make a confession and admit I didn’t tempt to put my trainers on once!! let’s just say I have a lot of hard work ahead of me for the next 6 weeks starting from today, I will let you know how my training is coming along.
