Queen Elizabeth 2- Still making History

You may have seen many emails, Facebook posts and texts regards 2 Queens meeting up, if you are 1 of the lucky ones that don’t get all these notifications and texts pestering you well you did not escape, I got you.

So you may or may not know but the Historic Queen Elizabeth 2, steeped in British heritage, she has a storied history spanning almost 50 years. Today, she continues her legacy as a 13 deck hotel, dining, entertainment and events destination can be found docked permanently at Dubai’s Mina Rashid and is now being used as a hotel but retaining all her British charm.

You will be able to visit her for your hotel stay, restaurant bookings or for 1 of the daily heritage tours.

The grand launch of the QE2 will take place in October 2018…until then she is in her soft-opening phase. During this time, five restaurants and bars are available to experience and parts of the hotel will be restricted to guests as they are still undergoing renovation – this includes the spa, gym and swimming pool.

So our product team have come up with a lovely BucketList trip for you, combining a direct flight to Dubai with 3 nights on the QE2 and 20 nights on the Queen Mary 2 back to Southampton.
