From 1 holiday to another holiday (Work trip).

Traditionally I like to get a wintersun holiday in my calendar and this winter almost went by without one until I booked a last minute trip to Tenerife, It’s always Tenerife for us in the Winter, the days of Kenya, Gambia, Egypt I am just not comfortable with.

I stayed at the Bahia Principe Costa Adeje and twinned with the Bahia Principe Tenerife made it a very enjoyable and relaxing All Inclusive holiday, and when I say All Inclusive i mean sunshine and very warm to hot weather too, happy days.

Whilst away I decided to take a break from work altogether so blocked my work emails but would you believe my manager started messaging me on FaceBook!

“Trevor” he said, “Are you free to go on an Azamara cruise in April?”

Now that was just the kind of thing I wanted to see pop up on my FaceBook.

Of course I said yes, so in April I will be going on the Azamara Quest starting in Monte carlo and finishing in Rome, my camera is going to take a battering as will my Facebook work account as I will b blogging and posting photos as I go along.

Today I was sorting out the flights and as many of you know the journey in Rome, Port to Airport is quite a drive, however I am told there is a good train link from Port to Rome and then onto the airports, for the purpose of advising on this option I am going to take the train to the airport with a bit of sight seeing in Rome in-between.

I have never been to Rome before so it will be a quick run around but I am sure it will be fun.

As for the cruise, I can not wait, Dining, service, entertainment and Luxury Azamara style all sounds up my street and of course will make me more of an expert on Azamara, win win.
