Heres wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

As the big day approaches in 2 days, I’m sure everyone has been out rushing around the shops and getting those last minute bits and pieces done from buying the turkey to getting the last of the present wrapped, but for some it is very different. Just think, what you would give not to put the tree up but instead be packing a suitcase, jetting off to Miami and picking up a Caribbean cruise for Christmas and New Year! Its certainly becoming more of the done thing, I spoke to a couple about two weeks ago and they in-fact do not put the tree up or buy in anything for Christmas as they are not there and in fact they actually save money by cruising the festive period and what a way to do it! Waited on hand and foot for two weeks, guaranteed sunshine and not a dirty pile of plates in sight. Considering tomorrow is Christmas Eve I think it’s a bit late but what about 2015 or even 2016?

Cruise lines fall in with the Christmas spirit on board and put up huge Christmas trees and decorations in the atriums and the atmosphere on board is immense.
