I’ll be back… (next year)

As you all know, I’m currently pregnant and will be leaving to go on maternity leave at some point in the next couple of months.

I’ll probably start my maternity leave from around the beginning of to mid November so if there’s anything you want to book before I head off, do get in touch.

You’ll all be left in the very capable hands of one of my experienced colleagues whilst I’m away and handed back to me when I return (which I will, I’ll miss you all too much!) so feel free to get in touch with them at any time. An email will be sent with their details on so that you can get in touch and any emails sent to me will be diverted to them automatically.

I’ll try and keep you all updated on the new arrival and when he appears – hopefully not on Christmas Day which is what Dave is predicting. If he could just wait until mid January, that would be grand 🙂

We had a 3D scan last week and today’s technology is amazing. Look at how clear this picture is!!

He seemed very happy in there, jumping around and twisting and turning whilst she was trying to take his measurements and check everything was where it should be (which thankfully, it is). She estomated his weight at 2lbs already so I’m expecting another largish baby (Rafe was 9lb 13.5oz) but also know these ‘estimates’ can be way out.

We’ll just have to wait and see!
