2017 cruises on sale now

I am often asked when is the best time to book ?
Well the answer is it depends on when you are wanting to travel and how flexible you can be.
If you are tied to school holidays or there is a particular cruise you want to go on then the best time is usually at brochure launch.
Many cruise lines already have their 2017 programme on sale and already the family cabins and interconnecting staterooms are selling out.
I was amazed to find I was struggling to find suitable cabins for a family of 10 going away for a special celebration and they didn’t want to go until August next year.
We now also have the prices and itineraries for P&O and Cunard. They are not available to book yet but already we are taking pre registrations so we can confirm the cabins as soon as they go on sale.
Past passengers of these 2 brands know only too well it is best to book early for the best deals.
However if you are completely flexible it may be worth waiting for a last minute deal. Providing you aren’t going to be disappointed if you lose out and are happy to wait for the next deal to come along.
If you are on the look out for last minute bargains you need to be aware that there are far more restrictions on these special fares. For example you may not be able to choose your cabin or restaurant dining time. There would be no extra benefits such as free parking or on board credit.
If you are looking for a cruise this year or are interested in 2017 departures please let me know and I will be happy to discuss the various options with you.
