Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas
I have just come back from an excellent mini cruise on Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas. I have never been on a Voyager Class ship before and I was excited to see one of the unique selling points of this ship the Royal Promenade.
The Royal Promenade is effectively the bustling hub of the ship. Just think of your local town high street with bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment all rolled into a minutes walk from each other.
You will find all the shops you need from fragrance to fine Jewellery all at duty free prices.
There is a sports bar on board showing all the sports from around the world so you wont miss a thing when you are on your cruise.
The Dog and Duck pub is a traditional style pub with a crooner in the corner playing acoustic type music and the atmosphere is electric.
There is The Promenade Cafe at the end of the promenade which has complimentary sandwiches, coffee, tea, pizza and cookies for all your tastes.
Ben and Jerry Ice cream parlour is also situated on the Promenade along side the speciality coffee bar which also doubles as a bar selling alcoholic drinks.
On a night time the Royal Caribbean entertainment staff put on shows along the promenade. While I was on board they performed a rock night with all sing along tunes and the Promenade was packed with revellers singing and dancing to the music, it was fantastic.
All in all the Royal Promenade is a brilliant place to relax in the day time and to party in the evening and nothing is too far away.

adventure of the seas…what a ship! Had a wonderful cruise with her.Staff ,food and shows excellent would go again tomorrow!!

Pleased you had a good time. I have one question – what time did the Windjammer close for the night?
If you like beer-bellies, bald heads, tattoos and packs of kids then go for it but don’t expect food above edible. Clean ship though and some good staff, although don’t look for senior staff cos they’re masters (sic) at being invisible to passengers.
Hi Victoria, thw Windjammer closed around 10.30pm but you can get food at the International Cafe on Royal Promenade, and ‘Anonymous’ there was not a bald beer belly in sight when i went on board and the food was fantastic.
