Ciao I’m off on MSC Preziosa

I have been lucky enough to be selected to visit MSC Preziosa for a taster cruise from Venice.  MSC boast they are the youngest ships on the ocean and with their clean sleek look I can see how they have come to this decision.  I am particularly looking forward to viewing their infinity pool, mind you it will be a little chilly in November!

Talking about the pools on board they also have the Vertigo Waterside which might have to be tested too. MSC cater very well especially for families and there is plenty to keep the little ones occupied once on board, there is a 2 lane bowling alley on board too.

MSC is a cruise line with a Mediterranean theme and the passengers tend to be a large mix of Europeans, which is not to some peoples tastes.  When there is a large mix of different nationalities on cruise ships, the announcements tend to be in Italian, German, French, Spanish and English which some people might deem off putting, however this is essential to allow everyone to understand, sometimes important safety announcements.  It is my job to see this with my own eyes and ears to see if the announcements are too much.

Also MSC used to have a bad reputation for their food on board, too cold and not enough choice!  I can honestly say even without even going on board yet that the varied choice comment will be wrong.  I have never been on a ship where the food is lacking, and believe me you cannot go hungry on a cruise line.  Again I will bring back reviews about this on my return.

So look out for my blogs and posts about this fabulous ship when I return. So ‘arrivederci ‘ for a week.
