I have cruised with Fred Olsen and being totally honest, I loved them, food was outstanding and my cabin was spotless. The service was exceptional and staff on board were so attentive to your needs I could never fault them, as well as the friendliness on board was just brilliant, they make you feel like you are home from home. Fred Olsen ships are a lot smaller but one advantage they do have is they can get into so many other ports that the bigger ships that are out there on the market.

I would definitely travel on a Fred Olsen ship again not a problem. I am not surprised that Fred Olsen have made this promise to new customers because I cannot imagine any passenger not enjoying their experience on board.
