I have had quite a few calls recently from customers asking for the dress code on board Royal Caribbean ships as this information cannot be easily found on the cruise personaliser so I thought I would type up a quick guide for you.

Note: The number of smart casual and formal nights can vary and remains at the ship’s discretion. *Some 12 night or longer European Cruises may have three formal nights.
Casual dining clothes for men  include such clothes as  polo shirts and trousers and women may wear sundresses, trousers, casual skirts and blouses .
Smart casual wardrobe for men would an open neck shirt or jacket and tie and dresses or trousers for women. Formal attire comprises suit, shirt and tie or dinner jacket/tuxedo for men and cocktail dresses for women. If you don’t want to wear formal wear you can always dine in one of the casual restaurants on board on formal night.
