Service with a smile……………

Well 2013 has started with a bang! I don’t think I have ever known such a busy start to a New Year. I think everyone is totally fed up with rain, rain, rain, and is looking to book their next cruise to cheer themselves up with something to look forward to.
For those of you who are doing the traditional ‘shopping around’ you will be noticing that the majority of the cruise lines no longer allow Agents to offer further discounts or incentives, we are all selling at the same price. Great news for people looking to book as you no longer have to spend all day phoning every agent in the book, one phone call and your cruise can be sorted.
So, why book with me? It’s simple – the most important thing to me is good old fashioned customer service.

I pride myself on offering the very highest level of customer service which is why I have such a loyal client base. As a company we have clients who have been booking with us since our company began 29 years ago, and they wouldn’t dream of booking elsewhere.
From your first enquiry, right through the booking process, the lead up to your cruise, I will be at the end of the phone or just an email away. Even when I’m not in the office I pick up my emails of an evening at home and on days off and if I can’t answer your query there and then I’ll deal with it as soon as I am back in the office. I’ll even send you a Welcome Home letter that will be waiting for you on your return, and yes, please feel free to give me a call and let me know how your cruise went – feedback is so important to me as thats how I get the real high down on the low down! Good or bad, it all helps to build up the general picture. If you have an urgent query and I’m not around then one of my colleagues will help you out beacause here at cruise we look after each others clients in our colleagues absence,
