There are river cruise lines that offer cheap river cruises, but with Avalon the whole experience is 5*. This is a quality product at a very good price and you would be foolish to miss it!

The Benedictine Abbey at Melk is breath taking and if you were to see nothing else on this cruise the Abbey alone would be worth taking the trip for. Budapest is stunning too, a really interesting city, and a really beautiful one too. You will dock right next to the famous Chain Link Bridge and its worth running up to top deck when you wake up, in your pj’s if necessary, to get your first glimpse of the city a dawn – it will take your breathe away I promise, it certainly did mine!
