Its the final countdown

Yes, I can almost hear the song by Europe blasting in my head as i write this.  As this time next week I will be setting sail on my own cruise on MSC Magnifica.  And I cannot wait!

I will tell you though I do have a little bit of apprehension about this cruise as surprising as it may seem, it will actually be my husbands first ever cruise.  We have been together for over six years, married for three and yet somehow he has managed to avoid going to sea with me. How is this even possible when I work selling cruises?

This is also going to be the first time I have left my baby as well, which is going to be hard.  Dexter, my not so little poochie, is off on his holidays in the kennels for the week. Now, I tried him in there a few weeks ago just for two nights as I needed to go away and he seemed to love it!  

I on the other hand am not ashamed to say that I came out and cried, a not so little bit, as I felt terrible for leaving him there.  So who knows what I am going to be like with 8 nights.
