Sorry, I digress.  Back to the job in hand George.

Well hopefully you can tell, I like to have a bit of fun with my job.  There is no point talking to people on the phone all day if you cant have a laugh and a joke and that’s what i bring to the table.  I talk about cruises all day, who doesn’t want to to that for a living.  Cruises are meant to be fun, so I like to bring some of that to my job, as there is no point being like a robot – ill leave that to the insurance sellers.

What else can I tell you about me?

I have an amazing husband (please don’t tell him I said that), and we have been married for 3 years.  We live in the far north in the not so sunny Sunderland.  Although I am a native of St Helens in Merseyside.  I know, I know, someone has to be though 😉  Here is a pic of me and hubby on our honeymoon in Zante.

Together we have one baby, well a fur-baby.  The ever charismatic Dexter a Border Collie, Husky or Akita (Heinz 57 variety cross), who is always getting into mischief when he is not sleeping.  Which considering the amount he sleeps, is a lot more than you would think.

I have over 10 years experience selling cruises now, and I know exactly what you’re thinking, but I started when i was 8.  I bring you a wealth of knowledge and experience, and to this day, I love the feeling of matching the right cruise to the right person (necessary cheese there – keep reading it gets worse).  During these 10 years plus  I have been able to experience a wide variety of cruise lines including the mainstream cruise lines, luxury lines and river cruise lines.  I have the expertise and the background to be able to tailor make your cruise holiday to your exact specifications, whether it be specific flights or hotels or a unique tour and cruise just for you, there is no challenge too big (I told you it got worse, that’s just pure extra strong cheddar right there).

In seriousness, I am very honest with my customers.  I am not going to try the hard sell with you at all and if I don’t think something is right for you, I will tell you.  My goal is to get you the right cruise, for the right and best price.  If I don’t think a balcony is worth it and don’t think you will get any benefit from it, I will tell you.  I would rather save your money and give you a better experience.  One of the highlights of my job is when people come back from their cruise and tell me that it was excellent value for money, they loved it, and they will book with me again.
