A New Princess To Be Christened! But I have worked out her secret!

This morning has seen the exciting news that Princess Cruises are set to have three ships sail from Southampton in 2020.  Princess have long been one of my favourite cruise lines, and to see their increased dedication to Southampton is brilliant news.

They have announced that one of this ships is set to be the new Enchanted Princess, as she will be christened in June 2020 which is even more exciting!  The atmosphere on board any ship launch from Southampton is electric and I always hope and love to be a part of these events.

I would love to be there for this event in particular more than normal as I think I could have worked out an inside secret to the launch.  Let’s face it, it doesn’t really take a genius to work it out, and believe you me, I am far from being a genius. The secret I think I have worked out is her godmother…

The lady in question is on the front page of every newspaper and magazine everywhere at the minute and she is a new princess herself.  Yup you guessed it and you heard it here first, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.

I have come to this conclusion very simply because the last time Princess Cruises launched a ship from Southampton was the Royal Princess in 2013, and who was her godmother?  None other than The Duchess of Cambridge. You can now see how I have come up with this theory.

I have to admit that I could be totally off the mark here and that it is just my own speculation but I would be very surprised if I am wrong.  Watch this space!
