Great to see this week Symphony Of The Seas taking her first steps into the ocean, she holds the title of the world largest cruise ship, Symphony, also known as the fourth Oasis-class vessel, is The Symphony of the Seas will measure 1,188 feet in length and will have a capacity of 230,000 gross tons across 18 decks. She will be able to accommodate 5,535 passengers at double occupancy up to a maximum capacity of 6,870 passengers, as well as a 2,100-person crew.^[2]

Facilities will include a children’s water park, a full-size basketball court, ice-skating rink, and two 43-foot rock-climbing walls

During her first season the Symphony of the Seas will sail from Barcelona, Spain to Naples, Italy. On October 28, 2018, she will sail to her home port, the Port of Miami in Florida, United States. In November 2018, she will begin Caribbean cruises

Having been on Harmony I am very excited to see what she is like and what extras she will have on board as Royal said there will be some surprises,

Passengers will also get to enjoy its vintage wine bar and there will be more than 20 dining options for guests to choose from.

So, what does it cost to build the world biggest cruise ship? well hold your breath a whopping 1.3 billion US!
