My Exciting News….

So this week I am really thrilled to be blogging about my exciting news, that Cruise.co. have chosen me and 4 other colleagues, one of which includes my wonderful husband Jamie, to work abroad in Lake Garda and Venice in October this year. Honestly I can not wait. This is part of a Tour that has been added onto as MSC cruise  package which is sailing out of Southampton, disembarking in Genoa and then transfers our customers to the absolutely stunning Lake Garda for three nights, followed by a transfer to the beautiful city of Venice for a further two nights. Now although I have been on many of my own cruises and excursions before independently, I haven’t ever been in a position before where I can now see from a customers point of view how a land/tour excursions are assembled together, so I think that this experience will really help me to see a picture from a customers perspective.

I think what I am looking forward to the most, is being able to tick of seeing, two beautiful cities and getting to know more about these destinations in more depth with our customers. Of course I have booked many customers on cruise and stays in these destinations before however it can be a totally different thing to experience it first hand and I know that this will help me to provide great tips for my future customers when travelling to these destinations in the future.

I can honestly say that working for Cruise.co has provided me with such a great opportunity and I feel truly blessed to work for such a incredible company that pride themselves on customer service, knowing how important it is for us cruise consultants to experience your holidays with you.
