Land Holiday or Cruise Holiday, what would you Choose?

As some of you may be aware if you follow my blog page that back in March I traveled to Dubai for a Stay and cruise holiday. To be completely honest, it was such an incredible trip as it was a tick of one of my “Bucket list” of things to do that when I was there I kept asking myself if I preferred a land holiday or if I preferred the cruise part of my holiday and in all honesty I can not 100% decide.

So I have decided to write a list of positives of a cruise verses a land holiday.

Cruise Holiday Differences                

• Entertainment Completely included (West end performances)
• Outstanding, 5* quality meals Included in the cost throughout the whole day
• Sailing the ocean with some of the most incredible sunsets I have ever seen
• Service from staff is the best I have ever experienced
• Daily entertainment options are just outstanding,
• Specialty restaurants are like dining in a 5* restaurants up West
• Now I do not have children but I Know the kids clubs and activities are just amazing
• Rooms are not very large but are beautiful
• Variety of activities / Entertainment to suit all ages (until cruising I had never seen so many different varieties of activities to do throughout the day & Night)
• Destinations you can visit in just one cruise, which is quite honestly incredible
• Shore excursions, being able to tick off more of the worlds finest landmarks, attractions and tourist spots!
• Swimming pools / Sun decks – Well I do love to catch the rays throughout my days at sea!
• Casino onboard (oh, I do love a little flutter) Lol
• Different types of cruises, cruise ships and itineraries, to suit almost everyone
• The decor on the ships are immaculate, so clean and if I am honest better than hotels I have ever seen on land
• Some of the finest treatments and relaxation days at the spa
• Some of the finest art at sea with incredible talented art auctioneers which teach you more than you could possible imagine
• State of the art fitness centers with panoramic views of the ocean whilst working off last nights meal!

      Land Holiday Differences        

• Great to immerse yourself in just one country at a time
•  For me, when I travel on a land holiday it is to completely relax on a beech or around the pool and retire early for bed

………….Ok so I am stuck after only writing just two things which I feel are better on a land holiday , I think I have actually answered my question!

Looks like it’s a cruise for me on my next holiday!
