What The HAL is going on?

Holland And America fundly refereed to as Hal by us in the trade have in my opinion been misunderstood in The UK for some time.

One of the key things I speak to people about is expectation and understanding my customers is really important to both my success in travel and more importantly my customers experience of choice when looking at which cruise line to consider.

In my view Holland And America are not perhaps as understood as some of the other cruise lines such as Princess and Celebrity here in the UK. a big reason for this is they haven’t had lots of sailings from Southampton and Ex UK departures are the best way for us Brits to fall in love with a cruise line.

Holland And America have announced 12 destination rich EXE in Depth Voyages from September.

this is an exclusive series of 12 cruises launching in September with a 48 day itinerary from Fort Lauderdale to Polynesia via the Fantastic Easter Islands including 154 Ports in 36 different countries with 2 maiden callss or ports that Hal have not traveled to for years. Each cruise with the exception of one cruise in Tahiti will be unique. the 1200 Passenger Maasdam will be sailing with just 1,000 people on board for these voyages. this in my opinion will be one of the most innovative and engaging experiences in the fleets history.
