An all-new Mediterranean speciality restaurant, an adults-only outdoor lounge and fresh The Haven suites are being added to Norwegian Encore.
Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that the ship will undergo extensive updates to add these new spaces, plus 24 new balcony staterooms, towards the end of this year. Once work has been completed, Norwegian Encore will set sail on an epic transatlantic voyage from Southampton to Miami, followed by glittering cruises around the Caribbean.

As part of the new enhancements, guests will be able to indulge in Spice H20, all an exclusively adults-only outdoor deck which will replace the current laser tag arena. The area will have hot tubs, deluxe day beds, its own bar and cooling pools.
Additionally, the ship’s hugely popular restaurants Cagney’s Steakhouse and Teppanyaki will be extended to take over Los Lobos on deck eight and Coco’s on deck six. Also, Ocean Blue will be converted into a seafood-focused Mediterranean-inspired eatery Palomar.
In response to the growing demand for larger The Haven by Norwegian suites, Norwegian Encore’s current two-bedroom Premier Owner’s Suites will be expanded to include a third bedroom, plus a renovated living room. Plus, a portion of the ship’s Observation Lounge will be repurposed into 24 all-new balcony accommodations and two club balconies.
All these new additions complement Norwegian Encore’s amazing array of onboard places and spaces, including a two-storey waterslide, the uber-cool Galaxy Pavilion, the exhilarating Norwegian Speedway and a virtual reality complex.
