Details Of Next-Level Entertainment On Board MSC World Europa Revealed

With the launch of the hotly anticipated MSC World Europa just around the corner, MSC Cruises have released details of the awe-inspiring entertainment that will be on board this innovative new vessel.

Guests on MSC World Europa will be able to enjoy three concert-style performances, five theatrical productions, four themed experiences, and pop-up exhibits in a range of new state-of-the-art venues.

One of the new venues is the 300-seat, multifunctional Luna Park Arena, which will by day host a VR Drone Academy, a Digital Dance Academy with three Dance with Flavia classes led by Strictly Come Dancing champion Flavia Cacace-Mistry, Doremi’s Wake Up Rave for the ship’s youngest guests and two interactive gameshows.

Those on board will also be encouraged to take part in a number of challenges, which aim to break Guinness World Record titles.

At night the Luna Park Arena will be transformed to host interactive concerts which will feature incredible visual effects and technology.

A trio of evening shows will be staged at the arena, including:

  • Symphonic Ibiza: An evening of music featuring a big screen orchestra, modern Euro dance music, three speciality artists, dancers, a DJ, two vocalists, and an after-party club night.
  • Supershow: A K POP-themed party which provides guests with the opportunity to learn dance routines and sing along with big songs. Street dancers, acrobats, dancers, and vocalists will also take part in the show.
  • Crimson Club: Families seeking action-adventure fun will be amazed by this movie-themed stunt show with pop-up surprise moments in the auditorium.

Five astounding theatrical performances, which will include LED visuals and spectacular backdrops and props, will be staged in the World Theatre on board MSC World Europa.

Shows include Eko with costumes made from recycled material, the original Amelia Earhart show with an E-Bike Stunt Wheel, A Night on Broadway featuring classic theatre show tunes that the audience will know and love, Cadmo The Landwalker focusing on exploration and Yellow Submarine which will include amazing circus and magical elements based on Beatles songs.

Music fans will be able to take in the views and enjoy pre-show drinks in the Panorama Lounge.

In the evening, the lounge will host 90-minute shows performed by live bands, dancers, singers, aerialists and acrobats.

The lounge, during the day, will be a hub of creativity as guests can see their drawings projected onto the lounge’s floor as GIFs or watch as the floor turns into a giant colouring book.

Alongside the flagship performances and shows, a range of surprise pop-up events will take place on board MSC World Europa. Two living exhibitions, themed on the Earth and the Ocean, will be perfect backdrops for Instagrammable moments, and artists will take part in a number of surprise performances.

In addition to the extraordinary array of entertainment on board MSC World Europa, the vessel will also feature a number of new activities for thrill-seeking cruisers.

The vessel will be home to the longest at-sea dry slide, The Venom Drop @ The Spiral, spanning 11 decks, and MSC Cruises’ largest waterpark.
